Empowerment through Understanding and Inclusion
Empower yourself with culturally relevant continuing education workshops that cover various topics, including understanding trauma within the Latino community, promoting cultural diversity in supervision, mental health screening for the Latino population, and supporting maternal mental health. Additionally, we collaborate with organizations to develop custom workshops tailored to the specific needs of their employees.
Language Support for Mental Well-being
Access a diverse range of workshops in both English and Spanish designed to support the mental well-being of the Latino community. These workshops cover social and emotional development, parental self-care, strategies for parents of children and adolescents, and specialized workshops like 'The Fourth Trimester,' designed for first-time parents.
Tailored Consulting and Advocacy Services
Partner with us to benefit from tailored consulting services, focusing on recruiting and retaining multilingual employees, as well as advocating for the development of social services and mental health programs tailored to the unique needs of the Latino community. We have extensive experience working with nonprofits on workforce development projects and creating reports on the mental health workforce pipeline.
Supportive Supervision for Professional Growth
Receive culturally sensitive supervision to support the professional growth of social work and clinical mental health counseling students, as well as early-career mental health professionals, including LCSWs and pre-licensed mental health counselors.
